Service Area
Currently, our services cover more than 60 major countries and regions worldwide. However, due to the stability of logistics channels, we are temporarily unable to provide delivery services to some war-torn areas, regions with strict customs supervision, and remote islands. Please contact customer service for a specific list of embargoed areas.
Delivery Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days (working days only) before shipment, using the highest standard of protective packaging in the industry. The standard shipping fee is US$6.89 (including basic shipping insurance), and orders over US$69.99 can enjoy free shipping (only for regular-sized products). Delivery time after shipment is 7-15 working days.
Uncontrollable Factors
Logistics times may vary depending on the distance to the destination and the efficiency of customs clearance. After shipment, you will receive a tracking email with the international logistics order number. We recommend checking the integrity of the outer packaging upon receipt. If the box is severely deformed or damaged, please record a complete unboxing video and send it to support@shminfo.com within three days of receiving the goods. We will process your after-sales service request as soon as possible.
In the case of extreme weather during transportation (such as prolonged high temperatures or severe cold), packages may be delayed by 5-10 days. We recommend contacting customer service to confirm.
We do not support expedited service. The specific delivery time is subject to the logistics information provided by our customer service team. If your package is not delivered on time, please contact us. Our customer service representatives will respond within 24 hours of shipment, up to 6 months. Please note that overdue applications may not be accepted. Feel free to contact us during working hours, and we promise to answer every question with a professional attitude.
