Return Policy

Thank you for choosing SHMINFO. To ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience, we have formulated the following rules:

Return Terms
Return requirements: You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. The return time for special products may vary. The product must be unused, without scratches or cracks, and the packaging must be complete (including shock pads).

Evidence requirements: You must provide the order number or electronic purchase receipt and other order information.

Return process
Apply for review: Please send an email to support@shminfo.com and provide your order number, product condition photos and other relevant information. We will respond within 24 hours and provide the return address and packaging instructions.

Product damage: If the product is damaged during transportation, you must take a complete unboxing video (clearly showing the integrity of the outer packaging) within three days after receiving the product.

Evidence requirements: If you find that the product is damaged or severely scratched, please provide a video and 3-6 photos of the damage from different angles.

Quick response: After confirming the responsibility, you can get a free replacement (provided that there is sufficient stock of the same model).

EU Special Terms
EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Refund Details
Warehouse Verification: After receiving the return, we will complete the quality inspection within 3 working days.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after the return is approved through the original payment method. Different payment methods may extend this time to 15 days.

Shipping Responsibility
If the return is initiated by the consumer's responsibility, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier selected by the consumer.

If the goods received are damaged or the information is wrong due to our mistakes, the consumer will not bear the shipping costs.
